When you buy your stove from The Stove Room, your registered local stockist, you will receive the manufacturers full or extended warranty AND The Stove Room aftercare. BUYER BEWARE: A brands full warranty and aftercare cannot be provided when you buy your stove online or out of area. You may come across discounted stoves advertised online, take into account the lack of warranty and aftercare it should make you think twice! For example, buy your Jøtul stove from The Stove Room and you can register the stove for a 25 year warranty! – However, if you buy online or out of area the maximum warranty term is 12 months and you won’t have the support of your local stockist with the expertise to remedy any issues that arise. Your stove is an investment and a long-standing addition to your home – you do not want to lose out on the warranty and access to the local knowledgeable professionals who are committed to keeping your stove SAFE and in tip-top shape!
